Class Schedule

We offer Live classes via ZOOM for $5.00, open for anyone to drop-in and move with us…

This hour long conditioning class takes a preventative approach to dance injuries. We work on muscle activation, 3 dimensional movement, and creating stable mobility throughout the body. Use the scheduler below to sign up online. Register at least 60 minutes before the class starts. The morning of the scheduled class, we’ll send you an email with instructions for joining class via ZOOM. Class times are live for Pacific Standard Time zone.

Equipment is not required, however if you have a yoga mat, hand-weights (5-10 lb dumbbells or kettlebells are a good place to start!) and resistance bands (Theraband and/or MiniBands) they will be beneficial.

Classes are held every Monday at 5pm and Thursday at 8am Pacific Time.
