Follow along in real time, in this full body workout that utilizes a yoga mat, a light/medium resistance band loop, socks, and pair of dumbbells (5-15 lbs depending on your strength). We begin with a dynamic warmup and then perform 4 work sets! We perform 2 rounds of each workset.
